We supported a full day of events to immerse critics and guests in a world inspired by TV shows such as “Modern Family”, “The Conners”, “The Bachelor”, and others. The day began with a petit déjeuner in the gorgeous Viennese Ballroom. We helped transport guests to Paris by creating a sky complete with moving clouds on the entire ceiling, using gobos on the floor to evoke the sunlight on a tree-lined avenue. We also created a pair of seamless rear projection installations in the room to highlight production photos and footage. The highlight of the day was the All Star Party which took advantage of the sprawling hotel, taking place throughout 5 indoor and outdoor venues. The biggest accomplishment happened behind the scenes, as the logistics of the event required that all load ins and outs be coordinated with timetables as small as 3 hours to strike an entire ballroom.
