UCLA Ziman Center Inaugural Event

UCLA’s Ziman Insitute for Real Estate’s opening gala was held at a private residence in Pacific Palisades, CA. Launch provided full AV support for the entire event, including lighting design, audio support, as well as video screens, staging, and a plexiglass podium. In order to better integrate our services with the party planner and caterer, Launch procured the architectural blueprints for the property so that all departments could interface with an exact diagram before the day of the event. Launch completed the entire setup the night before the event in order to fully customize the lighting, as there was no time between guest arrival and sunset on the event day. Custom gobos and UCLA blue and gold swept across the two acre property, with a dynamic lighting display inviting guests down the main stairway to the event space.
