This full featured conference takes place annually at the historic Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.  Launch provides full audio/visual support for the General Session in the main ballroom, as well as various breakout rooms and the opening night concert, which takes place at the exclusive Beachers Madhouse.  Special requests from presenters are always accommodated, from displaying a live twitter feed to providing overhead HD cameras so the audience can see a presenter skillfully filling out complicated tax credit forms.  Rounding out the decor is burgundy drapery.  This low tech addition complements the venue’s luxurious burgundy chairs, helping to create a coherent decor without breaking the bank.
